What data we process
The data you give us in the free trial diagnosis: details about your business (name, city, website, size, how you work and the problems you face) and your contact details (name, role, email and phone).
What we use it for
To prepare your free trial, build the prototype and contact you about the meeting and follow-up of that trial. We do not use it for anything else without asking you.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
How long we keep it
For the duration of the trial and up to 12 months afterwards, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner.
Who we share it with
With the providers we need in order to operate (web hosting, database and messaging tools), acting as data processors. Some may be located outside the European Union; in that case transfers are covered by the European Commission standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
Cookies
We use our own technical cookies so the website works and to remember your choice. Only if you accept in the cookie notice do we turn on analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta) to measure visits and improve our ads. You can change your choice at any time with the button below.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability of your data by writing to mauro@automatizainn.com. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
